Delivery Times

Normal delivery times are between 7 to 10 days but please allow upto 31 days. Any item ordered that is out of stock will be placed on back order for you and dispatched as soon as possible. If any item has been deleted we will contact you by email or phone.

Items are shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded within the UK & via Royal Mail Airmail service outside the UK.

Typical delivery times for overseas customers are as follows: All times are approx as we have no control once your order has been shipped.

Airmail : Europe 3 to 5 days. Rest of the world 5 to 10 days

International Signed For : As airmail also Online tracking up to the point of exit from the UK. Signature required on delivery.

Airsure: As airmail plus online tracking until they leave the UK and then the item is handed over to the destination country's postal service as a priority item scanned upon delivery so item is trackable. Airsure is available to 28 destinations in the following postal zones: Maximum weight 2kg.

Europe: Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Slovak Republic, Spain, Spitzbergen, Sweden and Switzerland.

World Zone one: USA, Singapore.

World Zone two: New Zealand

Please note: If you choose Airsure & your destination isn’t included in the above list, we can’t use the Airsure service, although we can still send your item via International signed for.

Returns

Please contact us before returning any goods. Goods returned without contacting us will not be accepted.

If you have ordered the wrong item or size please notify us by email immediately. We will be happy to exchange it for you providing you return it (suitably packaged) in a resaleable condition (unworn and unwashed, and in an 'as new' condition) within 7 days of receiving it.

Please Note: Carriage will be charged on replacements sent to you. If we make an error and send you the wrong item, we will reimburse you for the return carriage and pay for carriage on the replacement item.

ROCKMANIA ONLINE (and all other UK companies) in compliance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, are duty bound to accept returned goods within 7 working days of delivery, providing the goods are returned in a re-saleable condition. 'Re-saleable condition' means that the item has not been worn or washed,and are in the same new condition as when the item/items were sent to you, including all packaging. You can therefore send back your item for any reason up to 7 working days after delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. PLEASE NOTE: Carriage is not refunded. Please ensure that the item is properly packaged, & that the correct postage is paid.
